Dr Xuanchi “Tom” Liu is a multidisciplinary geotechnical / tailings engineer, researcher and former Associate Professor at Harbin Institute of Technology, with a rare cross-disciplinary background spanning biomedical engineering research, structural engineering, geotechnical consulting, financial analysis and infrastructure risk.
